Strategy development & implementation

Having developed meaningful and lasting relationships with key decision makers at all levels of government, MLS has provided advocacy for our clients before political leaders from City Hall to the State House. We regularly interact with members of the House and Senate leadership and the Governor's office, as well as with a number of agencies including the Boston Redevelopment Authority, the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority, the Massachusetts Port Authority, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, and the Department of Environmental Protection.

We specialize in developing comprehensive government relations strategies, including assessing how proposed legislation and other government action could affect current business plans; developing a strategy focused on political and civic engagement; facilitating meetings with key members and staffers of the Legislature, the Executive Branch and municipalities; and preparing talking points, legislative summaries, advocacy materials, and testimony.
