Bryan is a Director of Government Relations at ML Strategies, where he works on a diverse set of issues for ML Strategies clients, including those concerning renewable energy, the environment, and public lands. He advises both start-up and large companies on various legislative and regulatory policies, such as the Department of Energy loan guarantee program, renewable energy tax policy, and regulatory policies impacting renewable energy production on federal lands. Bryan previously worked as a Senior Manager of Government Relations and as a Manager of Government Relations at ML Strategies.

Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service

J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he focused on environmental law, served as Executive Editor of The Georgetown International Environmental Law Review, and had an article selected for publication in the 2009 Yearbook of Cultural Property Law
