Jeremy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Washington, DC office of ML Strategies, and also serves clients as a senior strategist on a wide range of issues, including telecommunications, health care, energy, and education.

Experience

With 20 years of experience as a staffer in the House of Representatives, Jeremy served as Chief of Staff to Representative Lois Capps, having served in the same role for the Congresswoman's late husband, Representative Walter Capps. In this role, he assisted the Congresswoman with issues coming before the Committee on Energy and Commerce, helping her to develop a substantial legislative profile on a range of issues, including energy, the environment, health care, telecommunications, and international relations.

Previously, Jeremy had served on the staff of two members of the New York delegation. As Chief of Staff for Representative Carolyn Maloney, he played a leading role in staffing the Congresswoman on issues coming under the jurisdiction of the Banking Committee and the Government Reform Committee. During his tenure as Chief of Staff with Representative Stephen Solarz, Jeremy was responsible for the Congressman's work on the Committee on Education and Labor, and helped coordinate his activities as a senior member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
